SMA WIKI
The INFO San Miguel WIKI is another new and completely interactive feature of ‘your’ new San Miguel website.
Some of you may have heard of, or used, Wikipedia … a completely online encyclopedia of information that now has far more information than even the venerable Encyclopedia Britannica.
And the crazy and wonderful thing about Wikipedia is that all the information that it contains has been added by VIEWERS … like you. When I first heard of it, it sounded like a recipe for chaos and mis-information … but get this … comparisons by experts with ‘EB’ have shown that Wikipedia’s information is more topical and up-to-date… and has no more errors than EB.
Well guess what … the INFO San Miguel WIKI is going to be wide open for everyone to add information on whatever they are expert on … in and about San Miguel too … and it’s all free. You can add information, read information that others have posted, even suggest updates if you see an error.
There is just so much information available today … and changing so fast, that WIKIs are becoming the favored way of managing information globally … it’s all participatory … and everyone benefits with the exchange of information and ideas that become available for free.
